Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you book or enquire, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, and your booking details (dates, villa, guests). If you create an account, we also store your password as a secure hash — never in plain text.

How we use it

• To manage your bookings, payments, resort credit and stay.
• To send transactional emails — booking confirmations, verification codes, cancellation notices.
• To respond to enquiries you send us.

We don't sell your data, and we don't send marketing email without your consent.

Who processes it

• Airwallex processes card payments. Your card details go directly to Airwallex and never touch our servers.
• Resend delivers our transactional email.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and to secure forms (CSRF protection). We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Retention & your rights

We keep booking records for as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data — in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 — by emailing hello@pade.example.
