Cancelling your booking
You can cancel online any time before your check-in date:
- With an account — open the booking under My account and choose "Cancel booking".
- Booked as a guest — use Find my booking with your booking number and email; we'll email you a confirmation code to complete the cancellation.
- Prefer to talk to us? WhatsApp +60192122144 and we'll handle it.
Refunds
- 14 days or more before check-in — full refund.
- 7–13 days before check-in — 50% refund.
- Less than 7 days before check-in, or no-show — no refund.
Refunds go back to your original payment method, normally within 7–14 business days depending on your bank. Resort credit earned from a cancelled booking is reversed.
Unpaid bookings
A booking that hasn't been paid isn't confirmed and may be released without notice. Nothing is charged, so nothing needs refunding.
Changes instead of cancelling
Want different dates rather than a refund? WhatsApp us — we're happy to move your stay to available dates without penalty when you ask at least 7 days before check-in.
Weather & exceptional circumstances
Outdoor court time affected by weather can be rebooked or refunded to resort credit. For cancellations caused by events beyond anyone's control, contact us and we'll find a fair outcome — usually a date change or credit for a future stay.
